Definitely gave us a chance to see how well the batteries hold up to heavy usage. -- They still came on this morning when I went to get the mower from the shed. The lights were very easy to install. It's a simple one screw solution. They also come with the plastic bobs to hold the screws into masonry, though we didn't need to use those for our application.. I also like that they have the option to just keep them on. Going to give these a few days and see if they hold up well and will likely get a couple more for the other side of the house. Liked them enough to buy two more for the deck. These put out plenty of light. I don't have them on all the time so I can't say how much the battery lasts. The on/off button on top is nice. The first ones stopped working within a few months and the company is gone. I like these because they only come on when activated, saving battery power. The other lights that failed stayed on dim and got brighter when activated. These lights are very bright, but angled down so they do not disturb my neighbors. They have held up fine through several rainstorms. And they are super easy to install.
