Review: Best salt - I am a sourdough baker and own a micro bakery. I have tested many of salts in my search to find the best salt for my baked goods and home use as well. I use to use Redmond’s but after some research I found it had small traces of heavy metals like lead and I was not okay with that. I went on a search for a high quality salt with minimal traces of heavy metals and I found this one. Since making the switch I have noticed my baked goods come out great with fantastic flavor. The fine texture mixes well in ten sourdough and in food. Highly recommend this salt.

If I want more of a powder, I can grind it myself without effort, and I may go ahead and buy the coarse ground as well. The deliver was timely and placed down, not dropped. The boxes were wrapped together in an desertcart plastic bag before being boxed, with minimal loose salt contained in the bag. Thank you. Slight dents in the salt boxes themselves, and one has a minor puncture in the front. Despite the small dents and the one tiny puncture, I would buy this product again and I'm excited to use it in my cooking.

I am a sourdough baker and own a micro bakery. I have tested many of salts in my search to find the best salt for my baked goods and home use as well. Wonderful salty flavor and fineness, which makes it versatile and for every day. If I want more of a powder, I can grind it myself without effort, and I may go ahead and buy the coarse ground as well. The deliver was timely and placed down, not dropped.
