The sack containing the batting was made of pieces that shifted into a bunch on one side when I carried the bed to it's position. Not worth the price. I will use it until it falls apart, which won't be long, then go back to the COSTCO bed I can get at half the price. As I was taking off the cover this morning, the zipper broke. Is there a way to get the cover replaced?? My girls have not used this bed for very long..beginning of July and here it is early September. The zipper was faulty. I don't know if the company reads these, but please allow me a new cover. However, on top of the mattress pad is a very loose filled, almost cotton ball like portion that will not smooth out. It is extremely lumpy and almost under-filled. Without it, the mattress itself is extremely thin and you can easily push on it and feel the floor.
