It states a small and a large comes in the set but I ordered twice in different colors both times and it comes with a medium and a large. I'm small(105lbs) and the medium barely gives me any tension for deadlifts and hip thrusts. So they're pretty useless if you're small unless you want them for lunges and kickbacks.

These bands are awesome!They feel super durable and comfortable. Zero pinching, something that happens a lot with plastic bands.These do not slip at all.I have medium and heavy and yet they are both pretty heavy (i am used to heavy leg workouts). For now I use the medium the most.

I was so sick of my elastic bands rolling up on my legs. These are GREAT!! They stay in place, offer great resistance, and DON'T ROLL!! Definitely worth buying!  I use band so much more now.
