              Perpetual Permanent Makeup Waterproof Eyebrow Wax Pencils. Also known as grease pencils and China Markers. Made of hardened colored wax, that is non-toxic, waterproof and smudge resistant. These pencils are perfect for drawing the shape of the eyebrow before procedures and sketching and grooming the eyebrow to create a brow frame. These pencils are slightly harder than the hardness of crayons and are designed to be easy to shave with either a sharpener or a razor. They have a built in string release for peeling off excess layers. We offer these pencils in quantities of 1, 3 and 12. We carry colors: Black, Grey, Brown 2 (Chocolate Brown), Brown 7 (Coffee Brown), Dark Brown, Light Brown and White.
