Best fish sauce alternative
This makes everything taste good! You only need a little, and it makes dish savory. It’s a great alternative to fish sauce. It came well padded, no cracks.

This soy sauce gets used for not only Asian dishes but western dishes as well.Fried rice? Use a blend of this and mushroom dark soy.If you didn't know what umami was before, now you do?A if soy sauce didn't have enough umami already, the mushroom pumps it up to the next level.Have used this in rice dishes, noodle dishes, marinade for steak (goes amazingly well with Worcestershire), chicken marsala, you name it.Just about anything that can use soy sauce, just sub this bad boy in and you won't regret.I was worried I wouldn't be able to go through that bottle because it's a nice hefty bottle, but I almost have to buy a new one.Trust me on this on, easy purchase.

Umami!
I picked this base off a recommendation from Pailin "Pai" Chongchitnant (Hot Thai Kitchen). This stuff has soooo much umami flavor, it is just wonderful. It's a seasoning soy sauce, so it's used more at the table than while cooking. Sprinkle it over some rice, or into a bowl of soup and it amps up the flavor.I've been learning more Thai recipes and something that has stood out is they do not salt their food with salt. They salt it with fish sauce or soy sauce. Being a soy sauce, this is salty, so if you add it to something that is already salted, it may end up too salty.

Better than regular soy sauce
I don’t even like mushrooms but my husband talked me into trying this and now I don’t even use normal soy sauce anymore.Great on rice, lotus ramen noodles, sautéed veggies… it’s great!
