Review: Faulty Unit - I thought I had got quite a lot for my money, however, when the unit arrived, it was a bit cheap looking. It also seemed very light and almost as if there was not much inside, if you get my meaning. I installed it with no hassle and everything appeared to be ok. But unfortunately within 2 weeks it stopped functioning correctly. The unit would freeze and no matter what button you selected the stereo would not do anything, not even the volume dial would operate. The other thing that started to happen intermittently was, the stereo would not switch off, the on/off button just wouldn't do anything, so you had to just mute and wait until you turned the ignition off. the clock also started to lose time and the memory failed, despite having a constant power feed. all pre-programmed channels would be lost and you had to start all over again. Arranged a return with no problem, opted for a Pioneer :) twice the price but hopefully no issues.
