My only complaint is that as a new user, I can’t tell which side is the correct side to face up. Therefore, I had the wrong side up and thought this product doesn’t work. I was able to figure it out myself. The design was just not obvious enough. I like the construction of the device. The cable does not seem like it's going to fray anytime soon. There is a rubber padding to prevent the charger from slipping and a nice cloth to cover the top so you could put a phone without a case on it and not worry. I use a clear case on my phone with no issues.
