It provided everything I needed to feel safe against bees. It does feel cheap, so I don't expect this item to last long, I'm okay with using it until upgrading to just a veil as it is a bit of a hassle to put on and remove. I ended up using all of the accessories included. I wear a womens medium and this fit perfect.
