A: On my 3X it is 26" from base of collar to base of hem.

**Q: I'm 5'1 and weight 135, what would be a good size the small or medium**
A: It sort of depends on how loose you want it to be.  I'm 5'4" and weigh 138 and I bought size medium.  I don't like my clothes tight and the medium is perfect.
