**Q: Will this harm my dog?**
A: When I applied the product I gave it about an hour before I let my dog on the grass just as a precaution.

**Q: Is this effective to guard young tree roots? We recently planted some 15G trees in our backyard, and suspect gophers, voles damage.**
A: Ramik packets contain a bait that will kill voles, rats and mice. Don't know about gophers. Talpirid "worms" stuck into mole tunnels will kill moles flat out.  Amazon sells these products. I use both with good success. I also place wire mesh on the ground around the young plants and cover it with bark. I use irrigation "staples" to hold the wire in place. Small animals can't dig through it.

**Q: Does it get rid of chipmunks**
A: I have not had any luck with killing chipmunks. The worms have worked if you can get them in the tunnels. Good luck!!!!!!!

**Q: does it repel cats, mice, and rats? can i sprinkle on gravel, asphalt, cement?**
A: NO - this is not for cats, mice, rats....

I think you should probably follow the directions of wetting the lawn first, then spray and then water again. I directed some of the spray into the visible tunnel openings as well as the spraying the whole lawn. No fresh hills since using the product on July 5th. I am going to respray once a month through the fall and then if I get new action in 2026 I will spray again. I did not detect any bad odor but the mole must have!
