I’ve been reading a lot about the benefits of vitamin B12 lately, since I’ve been feeling a little tired and listless, with very low energy levels.  I’ve been anemic in the past, and this time I’m going to fight it with a more holistic, dietary approach.This book offers a world on information on anemia, red blood cell health and general well-being that a person can achieve by following a good diet, rich in vitamin B12.  I had no idea this vitamin was responsible for so many functions in the human body.  According to some, even Alzheimer’s can be prevented when a B12 balance is maintained in the body properly.In short, this book contains a wealth of information and is a good addition to any self-help bookshelf.
