Although it did take EXTRA time for it to ship (and I was still sleeping in a wet bed) it was worth the wait.....I am a 61 year old Grandmother and have been sleeping on a waterbed for 40 years, this by far is one of the BEST I have had (over the years we have had 3). Trying to resolve this issue with the distributor was a long drawn out nightmare. They didn't know the dimensions of their waterbed bags which made resolving the issue more difficult. After a month I finally got a refund and we are still without our waterbed.
