I found this vest to be a bit flimsy at the stitching areas [only]...where its cooling bags are inserted. So I am concerned just how its pocket material will hold up on long term usage. ...and continual inserting/removing its cooling bags in these areas. This is the most important part of the vest. My way around my issue is to place the complete bag set up into a plastic bag and place into the freezer. I will see how that idea works. Please do not let my opinion discourage others. Others may not have an issue with this stitching at all. There is NOTHING damaged in any way. The bag is generally designed well. For its price I think its price is fair enough. There are other more heavy duty vests that are using this cooling technology that appear to be for more rugged applications than athletic exercising. They are for military or construction workers. I will keep it and see how it works out simply because I do not wish to spend double the price for an upgrade. I have not tested it for cooling abilities for more than a half hour because I do not use it for a longer period of time at present. So for long term daily exercise period check with other reviewers. I use it to push a pull/push sled at present in the hot muggy South Carolina summers. I may use it for cooling while punching a heavy weight bag in my very hot garage for 10 minutes. I use it with a cotton undershirt.
