These sconces fixed both of those issues! They are sleek, they hug the wall, have a nice modern look, put out a lot of light, and were easy to install. Build quality feels good. We've received a few compliments on them since installing them. Very happy, would buy again if needed.

First I bought the white—way too hospital like light. Exchanged for the warm and those were MUCH BETTER! These fixtures are fabulously simple. They are not dimmable and flicker horribly on a dimmer switch. PLENTY of light for my hallway application. Snug to the wall, clean simple look.
