Review: Very sturdy. - Nice and sturdy. Blue color means it won't get mixed up at the gym.
Review: Crossfit Must have - I never knew about an ab mat until I started doing Crossfit. My first day in there the WOD had us using ab mats and the trainer asked if I had used one and explained it to me. They also suggested I modify the reps because of using it for the first time. I ignored this because I'm an athlete at heart......I should have listened haha. This product is great because it extends the range of motion to use your abdominal muscles to engage more with every sit up. For those who say this is to big, if you adjust your body to it by sliding it under your butt more to get the curve in your lower back. You should be good to go! This mat did exactly as I hoped, feels durable, and does the job. Highly recommend.

**Q: Is the height 2.5in or 3 in?**
A: Its a brick bro, don't even buy it.

**Q: Where is it made?  i like the rogue mat, b/c it is "made in the usa".**
A: I don't know where it's made, but! If your asking that to know if it's durable...it is! I weigh 155lbs and do 200 sit ups everyday and it's still firm.

**Q: does this come with some examples of exercises that can be done with this?**
A: No there was not. But if you go to you-tube and type the name of the product there were a couple videos with different examples.

**Q: Is the width 15" or the length?**
