I use this rinse twice per day to help with some gum inflammation. It has definitely helped. The cinnamon flavor is natural and very pleasing. Your breath will be like flowers or plants, or spices? In other words, fresh! fresh! exciting! so exciting to my gums! I use it for longer than 30 seconds. Usually, I will rinse for 3-5 minutes for a deeper "cleanse" for my mouth. It works quickly and with no weird aftertaste or alcohol sensation. I tend to get canker sores and this product has reduced the frequency quite a bit. I also take Lysine at times, so that is a factor. Price? ahh, what do we say? Why does every good product, especially health and beauty aids, have to be overpriced? This is no exception...for the price maybe a 12 or 16 oz size would be better, instead of the only 8oz. version. 100% chemical-free is great! That adds to the appeal, despite the price.
