In our office, we use

    .If you're using a Polycom phone with the Sennheiser OfficeRunner headset, you NEED this cable; even though it is pretty expensive.For anyone who doesn't already know, this EHS cable will allow the headset to control the phone (i.e. answer and hang up calls, as well as adjust the volume).  At the end of the day, it will let your awesome new headset work how you expect...You will need to change the settings on the phone to work in Sennheiser hookswitch mode; but, that only takes a few seconds and a quick reboot.  The white dip-switches on the back of the headset also need to be pushed to the up position - except for #1 (which needs to be down).At the end of the day, the cost is the biggest downside to this cable - but it will make your headset work so much better that it's pretty much required.
