A: Mine does too. I just exercise care, keep the cleaning rag under the dispenser and keep it clean.

**Q: Is there an option to dispense sanitizer solution vs. soap?**
A: The 800 series Bag-In-Box dispenser can accommodate soap and sanitizer refills; however, we recommend using the soap refills in the GOJO dispensers as most customers associate soap with the GOJO dispenser.  There is a separate Purell Bag-In-Box dispenser (SKU 9621-12) which we recommend for hand sanitizer.

**Q: Can i use 9128-12 bags?**
A: Hello, yes this dispenser is designed for the corresponding bags.

**Q: Dose this unit come with everything you need to mount it on the wall or on the side of a wooden cabinet**
A: It comes with everything needed.  A full "double-sided" tape back and holes and screws to do that if preferred.
