From day one when my first package came in and I tested this energy shot I noticed right away that my heart rate had gone up and it gave me a very substantial boost of energy. I haven't felt a bump of energy like that since the no-dose ephedrine was on the market. I have tried pretty much every single energy drink and energy shot on the market and none of it even comes close to the amount of energy I receive when I take one of these shots. This is now my fifth package of these because they do really work. I normally only get between four and four and a half hours of sleep per night and I have gotten used to just that little bit of sleep so now when I get less than that four or four and a half hours I'm real sluggish but if I get more than the four four and a half hours of sleep my body aches all over. Now if I only get 3 hours of sleep I just do one of these energy shots and it increases my energy tenfold. If I sleep more than four and a half hours I take stuff that helps with the aches and pains but I take a shot of this and again my energy gets boosted. On the days I sleep more than four and a half hours I really don't need that extra energy boost but it is very nice especially when you're in your 40s.
