This wand has aged a lot and was one of the best, it's the most annoying but once it was gutted it was fun, and can spring around or even tie to other things and just bounce due to the strings being elastic. It's pretty frayed due to rough housing after multiple sessions.

The media could not be loaded.  My cat really liked this toy. This was before I pulled out the little plastic stopper which prevented the battery from working. After I pulled out the plastic stopper, the mouse’ eyes would light up neon green and the mouse would make little squeaky noises. My cat preferred the quiet version of the mouse so I asked for an exchange of the product to one where the battery is disabled. I was immediately given an exchange which I really appreciate.With the battery OFF, my 15-year old cat found this to be very entertaining. She would chase it and pounce on it. The mouse is a good weight. After the battery was working and the green eyes started flashing, my cat would hesitate to approach the mouse. It scared her enough that she doesn’t chase it and pounce on it like she used to. I think she prefers the quiet mouse version.I highly recommend buying this and not pulling out the plastic tab and seeing how your fur baby likes it. My cat loves this toy. The end does look like a mouse-ish. It does tweet more than squeaks. Entertains my cat for minutes until they take a break and go back at it. Value is good for the price.Only issue I had was that the mouse was pretty heavy and on occasion when playing it would hit my cat in the head and it sounds heavy and hard. Stops playing and didn’t play with it for a while after the first time.

The glowing eyes when it chirps are creepy, and the chirp lasts for a long time on each motion activation.It’s going to be hidden in a drawer until I can figure out how to remove the battery, or I’ll donate it.In comparison, the Tethered & Feathered teaser is perfect! Again, high quality, and this time with shorter chirps and without the creepy blinking eyes.

I bought this for my kittens. They play with it, but the stick is already bent and will soon snap. This product isn’t as strong as the one I bought several years ago.

My cat absolutely loves this toy!!!I don’t know what makes this one so different from other mice on a string. I have to buy multiples because he uses all of his hunting abilities and will destroy it within a week.He walks the toy into the bedroom every night!I believe this toy would last longer with other cats. I can’t even finish getting the packaging off before he is at my feet ready to play. Most toys he only plays with for a minute or two, I can’t keep him interested.Thank you for something my boy loves!

I have a two year old cat full of energy. His last fishing pole finally broke and I ordered three since he can be rough on his toys. I zip tied the pole end to a leg of the cat tree so it was dangling in the air. He plays with it during the day, batting it in the air, then pouncing. He lays on his back and stretches the cord until it snaps back and then he attacks it again. The squeaking and twinkle eyes of the mouse are a must have for him. He makes the most adorable noises when he plays with this. The cord is now getting a little frayed but still holding up well, which is why I bought three, I know how hard he plays. I gave one to a neighbor and her cats went crazy over it too. This is his favorite toy, even better than the pipe cleaners I roll into a ball and he bats them all over the house.

My cats are curious but do not really play with this wand. The toy squeaks several times in a row for each time it is touched which gets annoying very quickly. It is also heavy and I am not used to how to move it in a way the cats like.

I admittedly find the noise it makes annoying, but my cats enjoy it. The rope on the wand is one of the most durable wand-ropes I've seen on amazon.
