## Questions & Answers

**Q: When should I use the FURminator dematter?**
A: Use the FURminator dematter daily as needed. Using the dematter completely removes tangles from the coat or prevents worse tangles.

**Q: How often and how long should I use the detangler?**
A: Work slowly and carefully through the tangles. In the case of large areas of matting that have been left unattended for a long period of time, removal can take a correspondingly long time.

**Q: For which type of coat is the FURminator dematter suitable?**
A: The detangler is suitable for almost all coat types and animal species - long or short, thick or thin. It should only be used when the coat is dry, as the tangles will then be looser.

**Q: What is the best place for grooming?**
A: As a lot of loose hair and dirt is removed during grooming, an easy-to-clean room with floor tiles should be chosen or grooming should take place outside. Your pet should feel safe and comfortable in the chosen location.
