I expected it to be crisper (fingers in picture to show the difference in focus).Edit: I got a prompt response from the seller about my blurry case issue. They were incredibly understanding and provided great customer service. They offered to replace the case with the same design or a different one, I opted for a different one.It came today and it looks great (see pics) very crisp design so looks amazing. Have changed my rating from a 2 to a 4, because it fits my Huawei P20 Pro perfectly and the marble design is beautiful. It would have been a 5 star had the original design was crisper - I think they just need to find a different design for that case.Overall, very impressed with the prompt resolution, great customer service and the high quality case I got in the end 😊 ### ⭐⭐ Does not look like the photos *by L***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 June 2019* The actual fit and feel of the phone is really good, however the design is very washed out and blurry, whereas on the photos it looks quite crisp and vivid.
