    Ok, could be better

The cd is ok. But i'd rather have this in digital is annoying to pause your practice to change to cd no. 2. I also was expecting that he mentioned where the "drishti" should be, because I forget for some asanas, but he doesn't. And if you want to skip some part and continue to the rest, is not easy to do. So, it's ok. But I think it could have been better.

I would have found an enclosed leaflet showing the poses the way  Shiva Rea's CDs do. I lost him on some of the sitting poses. As I have been practicing all sorts of yoga for years, a pictoral hint, I'm sure, would have tipped me off to which pose he was describing.

I've been practicing yoga for over ten years. I have only recently discovered Ashtanga yoga. I go to class once a week at my local yoga studio,  but wanted something do help me create a stronger home practice. This is it!!! David's guidance and knowledge is wonderful! I don't always have time to do the whole series so I also purchased his short forms CD. His wonderful book is a perfect companion to these CD's. They have been so helpful to create a stronger yoga practice!
