Firstly there is an outer case which is nylon and cheap and actually made me hotter. Secondly, The inside cushion was in a crunchy fabric which sounded like laying on a crisp packet so impossible to sleep on. thirdly it was very lightly stuffed and offered no support. I didn’t return as I tried cutting the crispy layer and stuffing the case itself with extra stuffing but, unfortunately it is still too hot. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant Product! *by S***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 October 2019* Fantastic pillow! I have several chronic pain and autoimmune illnesses so I’m always looking for things to make life more comfortable. I have a really bad issue with the cartilage in my ear becoming extremely painful and inflamed so my normal pillows - even with a silk pillowcase- were no good. This works great as it takes the pressure off of my ear. I’d recommend it for anybody that has ear pain or has a painful piercing etc etc. Definitely worth the money for the lack of pain.
