After letting sit at 85 deg farenheit in a dry environment for 3 hours, it is not yet cured. Still slightly tacky. I would let sit for at least 24 hours to fully cure, like any other epoxy. **Q: How does this epoxy handle under stress such as in areas like joints where a lot of stress occurs?** A: It worked very well on everything I used it on a very good product I would definitely buy it again **Q: Can I use the epoxy on a foam type product like a blow mold decoration?** A: Yes. Do not spend much time mixing. It dries quite fast **Q: Can I use this to glue styrofoam onto cardboard? Two of the arms broke off when a tree fell on my house two years ago. This epoxy is absolutely fantastic. The quick drying time is amazing and within 10 minutes the adhesion was strong enough to hold and dry without additional clamps or bands.
