With the ne operating system and the first increase of memory, it is like a brand new machine (well close anyway). It sure beats buying a new machine. Ease of installation: You need something like a jewelry set of screwdrivers to take off about 10 screws off the bottom metal base. The screws are very small so be sure to put them in a container so they don't roll off the table never to be seen again. Upon removing the bottom base cover, the memory is right in front of you. Just push the side holding restraints sideways and the memory card pops out.
