But, and this is kind of a big one, it does have a bit of an aftertaste that...lingers. It's not unexpected and at a certain level it comes with the territory.That isn't to say there aren't ways to mitigate it. Flavor intensity has an inverse relationship with product temperature, so I've taken to making this with very cold water and crushed ice to get a smoothie/shake consistency, and it helps. There will still be a bit of an aftertaste but it's not as pronounced.Absent all of that, the flavor is there. Certainly a cheesecakey-caramelly taste, good mouthfeel especially if you add a bit more powder than the instructions say, and it dissolved nicely. I use a personal-sized blender to prepare this and it works well.I think it's a decent product - it's good "for a Keto product" so I tend to judge it on that basis. By its name, it is mostly cheese.So what are the ingredients used here:Cream cheese powder, Natural and artificial flavors, Gum blend, Salt, Citrix Acid, Sucralose (Splenda), Enzyme Lipase.What are the supplements facts?One serving brings:160 Kcal15g of fat (9g saturated, 0,5g trans-fat)60mg of cholesterol4g of carbs (3g of sugars)2g of proteins85mg of calcium400mg of Sodium114mg of Potassium.Once all these are listed, what do I like?- It tastes pretty good- It is not too hard to mix- It can be used either as a drink, a shake or even in cakes.What is it that I like much less:- Splenda? Ok, it has more sweetening strengths than real sugar and it has no calories but is it really safe to use?
