Will this one?** A: No, these have enough mass in the 7 layer “bowl section” to keep the handle from destabilizing it. I’ve tried them all and Demeyere Atlantis is my favorite; I have every piece available and multiples of those I use most. Dishwasher safe too. If you can deal with the extreme cost, then go for it, they last forever... (Watch for sales online.) **Q: Has anyone seen this pan with the engraved lettering blackened on the handle? all the other Atlantis pot and pans I have do not have this?** A: Blackened lettering not experienced by me. These pans clean up well with little or no scrubbing; very occasional use of Bar Keepers Friend Cookware Cleanser, usually just the exterior. **Q: How heavy is it without lid?** A: Not the lightest thing in the world, I do wish it had a helper handle. **Q: On the 3.5 qt conic sauteuse pan, on the inside of the pan does it have a sloped sidewall where it meets the bottom of the pan or a 90-degree angle?** A: It's sloped.
