There was some string beans that were slightly charred. Since then the non-stick surface is useless. Everything sticks now . I purposely waited several weeks to review these pans b/c all new non-stick pans seem great but then they seem to lose their non-stick surface with high heat, washing and repeated use. So far these have been stellar!I love the three sizes.
