I received the second one and it, too, feels like it was used and returned and repackaged. That was the first disappointment. The second one was the quality of the image - not very good. Luckily I got it for under $15 and so it becomes a toy for my kid but there is no way I could use this. It doesnt even attach to my phone properly and the tripod is not well made.
