## Description

To be used for up to 160 feet with free flow or up to 100 feet in a system with a pressure tank. This complete submersible well pump set includes a 7 stage pump-end, a 3HP heavy duty oil cooled submersible motor, and a dual capacitor metal cased control box equipped with motor overload protectors. Flow at typical depth: 48GPM at 128ft., 37GPM at 157ft., 32GPM at 170ft. 26GPM at 180ft. Connector terminal inside the control box accepts up to AWG #8 solid wire or #6 stranded wire. This pump runs on 230V, 60Hz, Single Phase Power, and the motor uses 3 wires + 1 ground wire. Net weight 42Lb.(20Kg); 1 year warranty

I bought a pump that failed and was told by Tuhorse I needed to get a huge pressure tank OR a cycle stop valve (CSV). I sent back the defective pump, they sent me a new one and I installed a CSV valve (where on low demand it holds the pump on at a steady pressure rather than cycling on and off). The new pump just started blowing capacitors, so I pulled the pump and an electrician cut the wiring harness between my wires and the factory wires, to eliminate an abrasion/short possibility and he tells me the internal pump windings are the problem. Naturally, it's 6 months out of warrantee, but even if they repaired/replaced it, I'm done. If you have ever pulled a pump from 100" under ground, you know this is not something you want to be an annual basis. Buyer Beware!!!
