To fix this you need to disable the memory power saving features and also disable all C-states (disable power efficient profile) on the CPU. And also consider just disabling WHEA support altogether. Aside from that the motherboard works as expected. I've installed 64GB of DDR4-2100 ECC Samsung Registered modules, the server is online 24x7 and never failed me once. Processors for this motherboards are running ULTRA CHEAP right now. I mean, seriously, $40 bucks for a 10-core 20-threads CPU?. I get the mother is expensive but you will get your CPU almost free.
