It will last for several years, so any savings for a knock-off is just a couple of bucks per year... not gonna break the bank. One of the brackets WAS slightly bent (imperceptible until installed), but it went back into true shape once the shelf was attached. No biggie. The brackets do have a LEFT and RIGHT sticker on them too, in case you aren't sure which goes where. Overall, really happy with this, and it works great and holds sturdy. You do have to be careful when opening the door, you can't have your dish resting completely on the tray, you have to pull it forward a little bit to get the handle to clear and open up.
