Feature packed and I use the POE to power my access points with no issues and power to spare. This is a high quality managed switch. The management software is feature rich and does not disappoint. The speeds I get are full wire speed on all ports that I use so I am good with it. I have not extensively tested it or anything but every port I use works full speed. It is solidly built and fits well in my rack.
