What the video recommends is to take apart the solenoid, check for dirt/dust, unscrew the 2 screws to release the plate, then check the spring and stretch the spring a little bit. Reinstall the plate and solenoid and test to see if the solenoid shuts off the CO2. Once I did this, the CO2 shuts off within 5-10 minutes as the seller stated. The product works perfectly now.
