I have tried several brands from local stores, these are a good price, and they work. You do have to ensure you fully open the belly band where the tabs are (just like a baby diaper, although he is also my baby) and then rub the velcro down well. He thinks I am giving him a nice pet for letting me put on the belly band, but I have ulterior motives. He can get it off if I don't make sure it's on well (and tight so it doesn't slip off like your bikini top when going down a water slide). But otherwise it holds his "accidents" (but we know the truth). He is a 20lb pup and wears the Medium. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Reliable Product *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 5, 2020* These wraps worked fine for our old terrier, who was crippled, blind, and deaf. He was that way when we adopted him, having been dropped on a local highway by whoever had owned him. He wasn't incontinent, but his nervous system wouldn't give him enough warning to make it to the door. These wraps were a Godsend, and if you want to make them even more absorbent, tuck a ladies' pad inside.
