I had an overweight guy living in the flat above and he also had anxiety and would pace around. This did not cancel out his noise. Plus I could also hear my pulse which got rather annoying. I tried this mask for about a week and there was only one occasion I managed to sleep with it all on but ibthrew it off in my sleep. Didn't do the job for me unfortunately.
