Strong, smooth with a subtle sweetness (chocolate?). Seriously, the old stuff is like bog water compared to these. Also they don't seem to require brewing as much, I usually add the hot water squeeze the bag against the side several times and I am ready to go in less than 2 minutes. One word of warning though, like most coffee bags these will leave a fine grain sludge at the bottom of the cup (nothing significant but it is noticeable). So I normally swirl the mug around when I am down to the last couple of mouthfuls. I switch to Moreish coffee bags after using another brand and worrying about the excessive plastic waste from the individual pouches. They come in a well designed resealable pouch, which I always reseal fully after pushing out any excess air. It keeps the coffee bags fresh, dry and in great condition. The pouches are tough and last well even with being chucked in my work bag and lobbed in a kitchen cupboard. I’ve actually reused a few for keeping other stuff like tea bags in!
