Review: Love the taste of this honey - I waited a couple of weeks to give a review so that I had time to use this honey. I bought it to strengthen my immune system, and the taste is so pure and delicious. I used it on blueberry pancakes instead of maple syrup and it’s not quite as sweet as the maple syrup which I appreciate. The consistency is excellent. When I ordered it, I had a bad cold and I think this helped get me on the other side of the congestion and cough. Mostly the taste is very good and of high quality and I can recommend this honey. I also appreciate that it’s in a glass jar.
