I spilled it all over my backpack** A: Bestine will thin rubber cement. As the rubber cement thins, I believe it will soak further into the fabric. Do not use bestine. To get rubber cement up from the fabric I would try to roll it out. A little rubber cement rolled off the fabric, will roll into a ball of rubber cement. Rubber cement sticks to rubber cement. Use the little ball of rubber cement, dabbed onto the rubber cement on the fabric, to pull the rubber cement off the fabric. **Q: I need a way to dispense this better.
