Nice bag to put a 16oz water bottle in. The bottle can lay flat at the bottom with little room but it fits.  It works for me.  Its a little tall (12")  bag so I can fill it up with a winter hat, scarf and gloves.  I'm going to the 99 cents store to see if I can find a velcro closure to sew on at the top so nothing can fall out.  Very nice bag.  The straps are long enough to throw over my shoulder to be hands free. I'm 5' 1" so I can carry it holding onto the straps without it scraping the ground. lol.  But the straps can be altered by sewing them shorter if you'd like or just tie a knot near the bottom of the straps where it's attached to the actual bag to make them shorter.  The bag seems sturdy though like thick burlap.Measurements:  The bottom is 3" wideStraps are 10" LongThe bag measurements without strap measurement is 12" Long---The whole length of the bag is 22" LongThe width of the bag is 9" wideNice
