The training is easy to follow and there are different levels and it gives you a great workout. Would be great for someone just starting to get in shape. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Very Different from a real class. *by B***G on January 12, 2013* So, my mom got me this for Christmas,I'm a 15 year old girl black belt(moms account) but this game is much different then a real class. I've only completed one class the game because that is all you need to unlock the cardio work out I wanted to try, but the self defense techniques are very easy, I actually found the game lagging to my movement as I was completing the step by step movements so fast. Honestly as a black belt the self defense is easy,almost insultingly easy for me, but may not actually help you.The game teaches basic moves and not guaranteed to work in real life situations, especially since you aren't actually practicing with a real person, for a not so realistic simulation. I would recommend if you are really interested in self defense and martial arts sign up for a class somewhere close to you.
