Then there's a wall of material with a "port hole" for your penis to pass through, into an outer pouch with a side opening "window".The problem is, unless your anatomy lines up just right, it won't work very well for you. If your boys are more "high and tight' and don't hang low, it won't work of you. (even then the pouch seems too tucked down in between my legs). For me, I don't stay in the pouch very long at all, a matter of minutes usually. The first pouch —call it the ‘balls shack’ has to be pulled down and around ones testicles and then pulled up between testicles and legs; then pull penis through grabbing oneself by reaching inside the slit opening.
