I used a double wide LED channel, but even that gets very hot; I'd advise getting a larger aluminum channel just so there's more metal to dissipate the heat. As for the brightness, the individual LED chips are too bright to look at, even through sunglasses, which hopefully explains just how bright these things are.

A: Please check the voltage of your power supply. 12V will not work and 120V will burn out the lights.

A: Lack of wattage, some power supplies have overload protection, when the light strip 's wattage is higher than the power supply, the light strip will blink.

**Q: Why my LED strip is not as bright as your advertisement?**
A: Still lack of wattage, please choose the correct wattage power supply. This dual row led strip is 120W 16.4ft.

**Q: What is the max length I can run ?**
A: For 24V led strip, we can run 32.8ft with slightly brightness loss, but we still suggest you'd better connect them in parallel instead of in series.

These lights use around 120W and get very bright and very hot! Make sure you have a large heatsink unless you like cooking your lights.
