A: No, please remove the cat for at least a coupe of days. It's strong, but not suitable for the airborne irritant, I had to use a fogger. This spray is strong. It will make a human dizzy. Please refrain from overuse, or use near pets/aquatic life/children.

A: Probably, yes. Pretty sure it works on flying insects/flies/maggots.
