It’s got a subtle green color. I close my eyes and image I’m in Greece 😂. I just bought another one because I’m so impressed. I‘ll never use another kind. Oh and it arrived in perfect condition. A: Hi Dennis, thank you for reaching out! The acidity of our extra virgin olive oil is always below 0.80% .  Each batch of our olive oil varies slightly with levels of acidity and in recent years, our acidity has been between 0.35% to 0.67%.

**Q: What is the harvest date and is it stamped on the can?**
A: Hello, yes! The harvest is this years harvest (2019)!  It is stamped on the container and the expiration date is August 21st, 2020. Thank you for asking!

I'm no expert on olive oil but this a cut above the usual oil I buy. Tastes very fresh and works great for foccacia. Yes, the can was dented, but so what. The price is right for this quality oil.
