I use a fitness tracker for 2 things: pedometer and sleep monitor. I was not aware of the fact you have to change modes from active to sleep when I purchased this. This is the first fitness tracker I've heard of that is like this. I didn't realize this until I got it and started reading the user guide that it is like this. I think they should make mention of that in their description since it's an anomaly from most other fitness trackers.
