They ar ugh more comfortable to use than the rubber ones because they material doesn’t grab or pull your skin. And it is wide so it is supportive as well. 3 different resistances so you can change according to what your needs are- if you aren’t quite strong enough for the big one or you are doing lots of reps and need a smaller one so you don’t fatigue- very good set. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality and value *by F***A on March 16, 2019* Good quality came in nice packaging.
