Today, the factory is still situated at the heart of the ancient abbey in Flavigny (Burgundy), but the process is completed in only 15 days. These gourmet candies make a wonderful gift. The lemon and mint are pretty good, but the rose is still my favorite: flowery, sweet-ish, but not too flowery or sweet. My adult taste buds finally appreciate the anise seed in the center of each mint, whereas I used to pull them out of the candies when I was a kid. This was a good price for three tins, and I'm sure I'll buy more once I eat allll of these.
